Your Exclusive Agent
Upon entering into an exclusive agreement, you engage Bellmarc to be your representative in marketing and promoting your property for sale. We will do the following:
Prepare a “listing” containing relevant information about your property and circulate this information to other real estate brokerage companies that can assist in finding a qualified buyer.
Market the listing in pertinent public outlets including newspapers and magazines, Internet sites, storefront displays and mailings to that the listing information in fully available to buyers.
Be readily available to show your apartment to prospective buyers.
Advise you about marketing and selling strategies in order to optimize price and minimize the length of time the property remains for sale.
Act as your advocate to negotiate the highest price and best possible terms with any prospective buyer and bring about a meeting of the minds between all parties.
Represent on your behalf the terms of any offer and acceptance to legal counsel in preparation of the contract of sale.
Manage the preparation and accuracy of all documents required for the Board packet, in order to obtain timely approval by the building’s Board of Directors.
Monitor all ongoing events to ensure a timely closing of the transaction and transfer of ownership.
