Neil Binder is an expert in residential real estate investment and strategy, having specialized in residential real estate for more than 30 years, initially by developing investment products for partnerships and then as principal and co-founder of The Bellmarc Companies.

Raised in Beechhurst, Queens, where he attended public school, Neil graduated from Syracuse University and later earned his MBA from New York University. Neil first worked as a Certified Public Accountant before founding The Bellmarc Companies with his former partner in 1979.

Author of The Ultimate Guide to Buying and Selling Coops and Condos in New York City and The Art of Selling: A Scientific Approach, Neil guides the direction of the company, personally shapes the curriculum for the new agent training program and leads many of the seminars. He is active in numerous cultural, political and charitable organizations.


Larry Friedman's background in real estate and finance fuels his expert handling of financial and operations management for A.C. Lawrence and Company. His outstanding knowledge and skills ensure that all systems are in place and running smoothly at the company to enhance cost efficiency, enforce business accountability, and protect the bottom line.

Upon entering real estate, Larry gained experience as an agent representing individuals as well as corporate relocation accounts. In co-founding A.C. Lawrence and Company, he assumed the vital role of overseeing the company’s operations from a strategic planning, business development and financial management standpoint. Larry previously worked in equity research for various top investment banking firms such as Paine Webber, UBS Warburg and Bear Sterns. He also served as an accountant in the financial services group at the CPA firm, Ernst & Young.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University at Albany. Larry is also a Certified Public Accountant who holds Series 7 and 63 licenses, plus passed Levels I and II of the CFA exam.

A native New Yorker originally from Flushing, Queens, Larry has lived in Manhattan since 1999 and currently resides on the Upper East Side with his wife and three children.

Since his entry into Manhattan real estate in 1999, Anthony DeGrotta has become a proven leader in his field. From his performance as a top-producing agent to his high-level roles in management, he has continually set the precedent of success as an accomplished businessman and sales success.

Anthony has enjoyed a revered reputation for growing every office under his helm. While previously at a well-known NYC brokerage firm, he was responsible for catapulting revenue to create three of Manhattan’s most thriving retail branches. Offered his first management position at the age of 24, Anthony has over the years been integral in not only turning around offices, but transforming neighborhoods. Prior to his co-founding of A.C. Lawrence and Company in 2005, he further demonstrated his skill as Director of Operations for a leading downtown firm.

At A.C. Lawrence, Anthony draws upon his exemplary knowledge and strong relationships with landlords, developers, customers and industry peers. He helps steer the firm’s brand vision and direction, plus heads strategic planning and marketing. He also is integral in instilling the core values of superior product knowledge, professionalism and service to his agents through intensive training.

A member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Anthony holds a double degree in Management and Marketing from C.W. Post, Long Island University. He is a New York City native who currently resides in Dix Hills, NY with his wife Sarah and daughter Gianna.
