  NEIL BINDER

Neil Binder is an expert in residential real estate investment and strategy, having specialized in residential real estate for more than 30 years, initially by developing investment products for partnerships and then as principal and co-founder of The Bellmarc Companies.

Raised in Beechhurst, Queens, where he attended public school, Neil graduated from Syracuse University and later earned his MBA from New York University. Neil first worked as a Certified Public Accountant before founding The Bellmarc Companies with his partner Marc Broxmeyer in 1979.

Author of The Ultimate Guide to Buying and Selling Coops and Condos in New York City and The Art of Selling: A Scientific Approach, Neil guides the direction of the company, personally shapes the curriculum for the new agent training program and leads many of the seminars. He is active in numerous cultural, political and charitable organizations.


  MARC BROXMEYER

As a third-generation member of his family’s real estate business, Marc Broxmeyer has been active in local real estate for more than 30 years. Marc first joined the industry when he began managing the family company’s extensive residential portfolio.

After earning an accounting degree from New York University, Marc and his partner Neil Binder launched The Bellmarc Companies in 1979. Marc currently focuses his efforts on the company’s real estate investment acquisitions and management, as well as molding the overall growth of the firm.

Heavily involved in professional and charitable organizations, Marc now serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Aid Society of New York and has been active in the Real Estate Board of New York and the United Nations’ Committee for Habitat.
