Neil Binder launched the first residential real estate salesperson training program soon after forming The Bellmarc Companies in 1979 and he constantly updates its curriculum to meet the ever-changing market. The comprehensive course covers every aspect of buying or selling a coop or condo in New York City. From contract to closing, our agents learn each nuance of the sales process.

We welcome any candidate who has completed their state real estate licensing and course requirements, is committed to pursuing a real estate career full time and possesses a personality, drive and approach that is conducive to succeeding in our competitive market.

For more experienced agents, Bellmarc has expanded the training program to offer ongoing "post-graduate" career growth seminars to inspire its more veteran agents to continue to grow and compete in a competitive marketplace.

Training is one of the driving focal points that has made Bellmarc the industry force that it is today. We recently renovated an 11,000-square-foot three-story office to accommodate a state-of-the-art learning center, where new agent and ongoing career seminars are held.
