In addition to New York state requirements, we have the following requirements to join our training program. 1) You must have a four year college degree 2) You must be seeking only a full-time position 3) You must have savings to sustain you for a minimum of six months 4) You must like people and have an outgoing personality If you meet these criteria then we would be honored to consider you for our training program. However, we will not permit you to undertake any professional activities until you have completed the program unless you can display to us that you already have the experience and level of knowledge commensurate with our standards. Bellmarc sales agents enjoy the highest commission schedule offered in the industry with the largest advertising budget on a per capita basis anywhere. We are fully computerized with each sales agent having his/her own professional environment including his/her own computer. We have our own computer department and we design our own systems on an ongoing basis. Bellmarc has a network of neighborhood offices which are fully staffed with managerial and administrative support to adequately assist everyone in performing their professional services. Our offices are professional environments and feature street visibility. Bellmarc is noted for its training which is taken very seriously by the company. In addition to our entry requirements, we also have office training sessions.
