Born and raised in New York, Lou graduated from CUNY with a degree in Business Administration.
Before joining the residential real estate industry, Lou worked as a sales and marketing executive in the fashion industry, which moved him to positions and homes across the country, and also spent several years in commercial real estate.
When not working on renovating his Tudor home, Lou enjoys boating, scuba diving and international travel, as well as volunteering with youth-related nonprofit groups including the Special Olympics and safe boating classes for children. He and his wife, and their dogs and cats, live in White Plains.
