A fourth generation Manhattanite, Sue grew up immersed in Manhattan real estate. A family member, a friend, or business associate was always either buying or selling an apartment or townhouse. She remembers when a cousin bought a townhouse on East Seventy Second Street for $26,000 . There were some who thought she overpaid. Today, as a broker, Sue herself can speak knowledgably both about particular neighborhoods and general market trends.
Sue has extensive experience in finance. She spent several years as a pension consultant with the United Federation of Teachers. This experience of talking to people about their money is of great value to buyers who are not sure how much they can really afford or ought to spend on an apartment. She is also expert at valuing apartments, and really knows what price will close a deal.
Sue prides herself on the excellent personalized service that she provides for all her clients. She knows being available at all times to both buyers and sellers is the key to successfully completed transactions. Buying or selling an apartment is a stressful experience. Her job is to make it as simple and profitable as possible.
Hobbies? She plays competitive bridge, tennis, and does yoga. But of course, her real passion is helping people to either find the perfect home for themselves, or to get the best price when they sell theirs. |
