Kathy knows firsthand the frustrations - and joys - that relocating a home can bring, and shares a wealth of practical experience and knowledge with her buyers and sellers.
A coop owner for the past 17 years, Kathy "lives" the advantages of home ownership in Manhattan. Buyers and sellers alike benefit from her insights as a coop board member (Vice President for 8 years, and Board Treasurer for the last 7). When it comes to putting together an impressive board package, preparing for the board interview, or finding a qualified buyer, clients are happy to have Kathy on their side.

She has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and Italy -- and holds a B.A. in Education from Rutgers University, and a M.Ed. in Mathematics and Music from West Chester College in Pennsylvania.
