Kathy knows firsthand the frustrations - and joys - that relocating a home can bring, and shares a wealth of practical experience and knowledge with her buyers and sellers.
A coop owner for the past 14 years, Kathy "lives" the advantages of home ownership in Manhattan. Buyers and sellers alike benefit from her insights as a coop board member (Vice President for eight years, and Board Treasurer for the last five). When it comes to putting together an impressive board package, preparing for the board interview, or finding a qualified buyer, clients are happy to have Kathy on their side.
Clients are first drawn to Kathy's energy and enthusiasm, and then impressed by her hard work on their behalf. "We won't be wasting time seeing apartments that aren't right for you," she promises. "I'll do whatever it takes to make selections that meet or exceed your needs, every time - until you find your new home."
Kathy is as comfortable with "the numbers" of making a real estate deal as she is helping clients with the "softer" side of home ownership. No surprise, actually. She holds a bachelor's of art in Music from Rutgers University, and a M.Ed. in Mathematics and Music from West Chester College in Pennsylvania. Kathy is also a best-selling author (her most recent book, "Build Your Business with Testimonials: Ten Steps to More Clients, More Customers, More Sales" was released in 2006); and she is a fine artist, with paintings in private and museum collections worldwide. She brings an interesting combination of logic and creativity to everything she does.
Kathy joined the New York real estate industry after a successful advertising and marketing career that included an eight-year journey from New York to Hong Kong, Singapore and Milan, then back home to NYC.
An avid supporter of the Humane Society of New York, Kathy shares her Murray Hill brownstone with her two adopted tuxedo cats, Weebie Louise and Marian.
