Testimonial:
When we had a family crisis, we had to sell an apartment in NYC. Time was very critical, my uncle was very ill and we had to move quickly. We chose Charlie due to his association with the building, the positive feedback from the neighbors, and his history of selling other condos in the building. Charlie helped me with all the contacts for painters, cleaning lady, floor refinishing company, condo association, attorney, etc. At no time did I feel lost in this process. Charlie always kept us informed. When we had a bid more than our asking price, Charlie confirmed the buyer's funds and verified everything. He worked nights and weekends and sold it in record time. Charlie went beyond what we expected. We were very lucky to find and have him as our agent. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy NYC. His experience and contacts were perfect every time. My uncle would tell Charlie "show me the money" and I would laugh. In the end, Charlie did.
